AEW Dynamite 11-4-26 - BLOOD AND GUTS

 

It's been an exciting week of work although I'm regretting having a bit of pizza earlier as I needed to clear out some freezer space when Darian loaded up his order and his aide just shoved everything everywhere and it hit the ground trying to do that, so...eh oh well. At least I only had half and should feel better in a day or two. Women's match starts the show off and the men's will be the main. DCF hypes up the risk for the opponents and says he has medical records, well that's A HIPAA VIOLATION BROTHER and Mick chats with the guys and Sexy Steve needs to speed louder. Cope tells Mick that he's wearing the same gear he did against Mick and he's also talking softly, so maybe it's an audio thing.

Bayne starts off for the heels and Kris is out and they just chop the shit out of each other. Bayne gets a golden chair and eats a chair toss and some chairs to the back before Perse is out and Bayne is gaffed up. Perse gets PLIARS AND WANTS A LOCKJAW! Skye is out and Kris runs to her and GETS NAILED WITH LIGHT TUBES! Skye and Kris fight on steps and a face smash slices Skye up. WILLOW! Glass and LEGOS or TOY BRICKS, TAZ as Ex says are out. WINDSAH SMACKS SKYE WITH A BARB WIRE BOARD! AND SKYE HAS BARB WIRE ON THE BUTTOCKS! 

Thekla in paint SHOOTS A WEB! Kross is out and smacks folks and Germans Willow! Lena pump kicks Kris with a chair! TKO and an ushigorishi! DD DOUBLE PRESS SLAMS WINDSAH INTO THE CAGE! Harley gets a crucifix bomb and she gets a Stratusfaction on Lena! Harley has a tiny guitar and a big guitar and Lena throws the tiny one and eats the big one! Julia's out and spikes Kris' head! Corner boot and German by Bayne to Kris! Hayter is out for the final person and BLOOD AND GUTS BEGINS! 

NASTY double powerbomb to Kris to the cage TO THE FLOOR by the DD! Thekla stomps Harley on the smiley face trash can lid! Thekla wraps the belt around Harley's throat and we get a closeup of Bayne just sliced to hell before a Willow choke. Perse DIVES OFF THE CAGE FOR A SPLASH TO QUEEN THROUGH A TABLE! DD EATS POWERBOMBS THROUGH TABLES! Well, not so much for Kross, so Kris dives through! 

Kris and Stat argue but Julie geta locked in a Harley half crab and A BARB WIRE CAMEL CLUTCH WINS IT from Kris! Wow! This was incredible and the women's AEW War Games have been so much better than all of WWE's and this had a lot of the same cast as last year and yet felt totally different - and that's impressive, like the JCP ones.

Collision on the boat has Ciampa vs. Andrade for the belt! Nice video package and Andrade says that he's the champ and it's a highlight for him because it's about his people. Backstage, Kofi is trapped in a door by Bandido and we get a big trios brawl. Bandido is ripped and has a truss piece and NOW IT'S TEXAS DEATH FOR FULL GEAR! 

Mox chats with OC about respecting him and he needs help and offers him the chance to take out White. Mercedes tells Renee to leave and for Marina to get her ass out here right now! MUSCLE MOMMY MARINA is here and she says she respects what Mone's done, but not who she's become. NICK WAYNE KICK VIDEO AIRS! 

Nick Wayne BEAT CHRIS JERICHO TWICE and the rager is up live on Saturday. Guns-FTR hype and Marina faces Perse on Saturday. Men's match is up with Fletcher starting against Darby and his student film hype video. LAWNDART IN THE CORNER! Darby gets slammed on the board! Knight's out for the double impact Jindrak dropkick! Nick is out in white Rockers-ish gear before Doyle is out AS A FARMER and fights with Nick, who escapes and PKs Kyle! 

Matt's out and fights Kyle off and Doyle wants a beating and GETS A CAN SHOT and wants more, so he eats a rana and rolls through for a powerbomb on the trash can! Davis is out in Godwinn gear too! Inverted gutwrench and A BIG HOOK HITS! Darby falls off the truss into them and they catch him and chuck him into the cage and onto the table legs! Cope lays out guys with chairs and Cope hits the Christian inverted DDT on chairs to Davis and Doyle pounces him instead of Cope spearing him. 

Wardlow's out and gets an F5. Borden is out and LOOK AT STEVE GO from Tony and he runs wild! Wardlow has a giant fucking puncture wound on his back! Stinger splashes by Steven and HE'S GOT TACKS! BORDEN EATS A DOUBLE POWERBOMB ON THE TACKS! Okada has a leafblower to get rid of the tacks! Tremendous! Babyfaces get scorpion deathlocks on but Wardlow saves! 

Ospreay is out so Blood and Guts can officially begin for a hoss battle! Double-jump forearm by Ospreay when Kyle FLEXES! Knight tosses a barb wire chair in to Kyle and Ospreay eats a coast to coast from Knight in a tree of woe with the chair! Wardlow picks up a bag AND IT EXPLODES and  they run wild! EXPLODING CHAIR SUPERKICK TO OKADA!? TACK SUPERKICKS TO DAVIS AND DOYLE! STEVER SPLASH TO THE BARB WIRE CHAIR and like everyone is hit by it and Don gives Kyle the screwdriver. 

Fletcher hits a brainbuster on the barb wire chair to Will! DARBY SLIPS THROUGH THE TRUSS TO ATTACK DON! Wardlow saves by breaking the chain and ripping the door off the cage. AND THEY FIGHT TO THE CEILING and Wardlow WALKS AROUND WITH HIM! Cope spears aplenty but Okada low blows him!

TACK ARMSLEEVE TO COPE BUT NO COPE SPEARS HIM THROUGH A TABLE! Davis, Doyle and Okada chain Cope's neck to the cage! Darby eats a powerbomb on the cage! Doyle has a BARB WIRE BEARHUG ON! Kyle puts a screwdriver to the throat of Ospreay and Cope surrenders for him. 

Darby eats a throw off the cage by Wardlow and he...caught ONE TABLE OF THE FOUR.
