Ah what a fun day - got all of my tech ready to go for HSN two days ahead of schedule and the tech setup day on Wednesday basically covers the cost of the stuff. Put in for a new BBY job mainly to see if I was still on the do not hire list and I am - which is fine as I just wanted to know and I think I'm at a point where I'll proceed with that once I have the autism assessment done because that gives me leverage to show that I'm working to improve and heal the damage that was there before BBY and made worse by all the bullying too. We start off with a Solo recap from last week and LA Knight (yeah!) is out and he's in Canada's capital and needs to talk about a capital C coward in Roman. Solo thanks LA and the Usos are here and they play off great with A WARNING SHOT and then Solo being all Matrixy.
Roxy vs. Vaquer is up and Roxy slaps her but gets wrapped up in a bow and arrow. Vaquer gets her in a Razor-style abdominal stretch holding the leg but Roxy goes for the hair. Liv goes for Steph but Becky is here with her theme. Roxy's double jump moonsault misses, but Vaquer hits the lifting lungblow to win it. Becky and Liv brawl and we get a recap of Cass kicking Je'Von's ass. Fenix vs. Lee is up and they hype up Fenix having a lot of defenses racked up and Corey says it's their first singles match. Chops and kicks aplenty and a wrecking ball dropkick hits for Lee. Fenix counters destino with a brainbuster! Mexican muscle buster is turned into a Styles Clash for 2.5! Fenix cutter gets 2! MMB wins it.
Lola Vice debuts on 9/14. Pearce brings out Oba for the contract signing. Oba outshines him on the mic and then brings that up, points out how great he is and buries him 6 feet under..so yeah that's weird. Vision is out and Oba puts Theory through a table. Feels like Oba is losing thanks to Heyman. Je'Von is out to face Cass with a new Diesel-ish theme. They have a cat and mouse match before the break and Cass is wisely in long pants. Cass gets slowly low-bridged and a tope hits. Soaring dive over the timekeepers area onto Cass. Cass lariat wins it.
Judgment Day attacks Je'Von. Penta vs. La Parka III is up with III getting no intro. Back and forth and an inverted slingblade hits for Penta. Spanish fly gets 2 for Parka. Springboard Mexican destroyer wins it and it's Fenix vs. Penta next week. Main event time BUT FIRST A ZILLA HYPE VIDEO and Ethan Page says that Gable is ducking him. And also Vaquer faces Liv in 2 weeks. After a trillion years, IT'S FINALLY TIME FOR THE MAIN EVENT and the Usos are out first and then LA, then Solo. Jimmy avoids the BFT, but lands an inverted DDT. HOBBS jumps the group and OTM is with Hobbs!
They take out the Usos! Then Solo and Knight - so okay that's unexpected.
