AEW Dynamite 10-21-26 - Dragunov Debut

It's a pretty loaded lineup with Dragunov debuting against Bailey and Cope and Ospreay facing ProtoJet, and the Bucks against Davis and Doyle in an eliminator. And that opens the show up! Davis and Doyle just truck them! Avalanche in the barricade by Davis, and a powerbomb THROUGH A TABLE after the first one to Nick! DOUBLE SNAP POWERSLAM HITS! COUNT TO THREE HITS and another! A THIRD PILEDRIVER HITS and Nick is bearhugged by Doyle and that's ballgame! WOW that is how you get guys over!

PPV recap and Cope is out for the Ospreay tag. Jeez what a loaded first hour. Double Impact dropkick gets 2 for the heels and Kyle poses before Callis steals the desk by saying that if Excalibur looked like Kyle, he wouldn't need to wear a mask to protect others. Knight hits a run-up Superman forearm on the floor to Ospreay and Cope hits a Killswitch to Kyle! CATCHING SPEAR TO KNIGHT! Spear misses in the corner AND HE HITS OKADA'S BELT and the brainbuster wins it! Darby, Steven, and the Bucks make a save!

Swerve vertebreakers a jobber to win. Orange and Jay White beat Yuta and Danny in a fun mid-card tag with Jay winning with the bladerunner. Swerve demands a rematch for the belts at Full Gear and Hanger is cool with it. Renee and Mone are out and THE DEATH RIDERS THEME HITS and MARINA IS UP NEXT BABY! "DON'T BE A PUSSY!" Mox vs. Roddy is up and I don't think there's much Marina likes more than Roddy getting beaten up! HE'S A BACKBREAKER'Y guy according to Taz and THE STRONG HOLD IS ON! RNC ENDS IT! This was fun! The Dogs attack Roddy and Mox backs them off AND THEN FINLAY FLIPS HIM OFF AND THEY BEAT HIM DOWN! CONNORS SPEARS Gabe - good - they closed the loop on that alignment there.

AND THE BANG BANG GANG TAKE OUT THE DEATH RIDERS TOO! EVEN CLAUDIO IS TAKEN OUT! 310 COUNTERED WITH AN UPPERCUT AND they take him down with a gang attack. Tire iron shot by Connors to Claudio trying to swing Jay! The Divine Dominion and Triangle of Madness beat up Wrathlander and the Birds backstage. Justin Roberts lets everyone know that YOU SHOULD RESPECT THE PRODIGY NICK WAYNE! In a new NICK WAYNE BEAT CHRIS JERICHO shirt. "Nick WAYYNE!' guys pissing Taz off for a shoot- so that should be his preferred chant now

He does the bit TWICE and Jericho is out with the mid-life crisis blonde hair dye. Jericho says that this is the TURNING POINT OF NICK WAYNE and boy that's sure better than the Genesis of McGullicutty and tells him NOT TO FUCK IT UP! Well that's the learning lesson in life. FTR-Guns recap.
