Uno blindsides Kaz with a big lariat off an O'Connor roll and wins it! Good - Dark Order's angle is heating up and they need momentum now more than SCU. Dark Order and the goons attack before COLT CABANA COMES IN and Daniels helps make the save - so Daniels isn't the Exalted One.

This is not quite the slobberknocker I was expecting from a shit-kicking Southern wrestling vet and an MMA fighter. Dustin kisses Jake's wife, leaving facepaint all over her. Well that's not really a good babyface move in 2020.
Hager bomb meets a boot from Dustin for 2. Hits the Hager bomb for 2. Everything about this match was a misfire from AEW. Especially that kiss. You don't get to have your cake and eat it too with that kind of stuff - it isn't 1982 anymore. Hager's doctorbomb gets 2. Jim Ross has NO RESPECT FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN'T DO A DOCTORBOMB. Hager gets backdropped out and he hits the steps. Maybe pick a replay angle that doesn't show Hager blocking the landing with his forearm again. Ballshot and a code red for Dustin gets 2. Hager almost runs into Aubrey, but running ballshots Dustin and gets the standing choke, but Dustin rushes him into the corner. Standing arm triangle ends it. Good finisher for him.
THE MATCH BEYOND is coming to the Prudential Center at AEW Dynamite BLOOD AND GUTS! Darby vs. Sammy is up AND GODDAMN IS DARBY OVER! He sends Sammy out and shotgun dropkicks him on the floor! DARBY DRAPES HIM ON THE BARRICADE AND MISSES THE DIVE! Sammy hits a 630 off the top to the floor through a table! Well, they're trying to steal the show early. This really should've opened the show as it's easily on-par with something like Rey vs. Psicosis at BATB '96 where you're seeing the future in front of your eyes. Darby wins this with a coffin drop - these guys are going to be the key players going forward in 10 years.
Tag title match is up with the Bucks being booed. GIANT cowboy shit chant starts things off. Tremendous. Excalibur talks about the Bucks and Omega being on busrides constantly in New Japan and bonding more than they did with their own families. AEW has gotten more things over in nine months than Impact has in 18 years. It's unreal how WCCW-esque the company is in that it's a hot company and EVERYTHING gets over easier that way. Page spits in Matt's face leading to Ross saying THE DNA IS FLOWING DOWN THE FACE OF MATT JACKSON. I hope the Bucks change their theme to a heat magnet like "Shake it Off" for the heel run.

Omega slams Nick into Page's boot a couple times before landing a sky high and tagging Page in. IT'S TIME FOR SOME COWBOY SHIT! FUCK HIM UP COWBOY, FUCK HIM UP chant hits while Page runs wild and Kenny hits a diving back elbow and they do an assisted German with Page dropping Matt on his neck and then the gutwrench doctor bomb gets 2 for Kenny.

Run-up armdrag leads to Nick being tossed off the top onto the ramp, where he backflips and hits a destroyer outside-in for 2. MCMG POWERBOMB NECKBREAKER GETS 2 FOR THE BUCKS! I love the Bucks busting out their best enemies' finishers to try and win this. Page pays homage to Marty with a kick to the knee and the chickenwing! Nick gets a 450, but Matt only gets 2! POWERBOMB AND A V-TRIGGER GETS 2.9! V Trigger misses, but Kenny gets a moonsault and blocks a superkick to land a V trigger. Snapdrag is avoided by Matt, but he eats a V trigger that sends him out. Omega snapdragons Nick twice! Tiger Driver '98 hits and gets 2.99999 WITH A KICKOUT! Super OWA is set up, but OMEGA EATS A SUPER POISON RANA. Discus elbow to Nick mid-ring, but MATT GETS THE LOCOMATION NORTHERN LIGHTS ON THE RAMP AND THEN ONE ON THE LED RAMP! INDYTAKER ON THE RAMP!
Superkick party and Golden Triggers gets 1. SECOND ONE GETS 2! Meltzer Driver, but Page saves and powerbombs Nick through a table! V TRIGGER BUCKSHOT HITS FOR 2.9! SUPERKICK SENDS OMEGA INTO PAGE AND HE TAGS IN AND GETS 2.9 OFF THE OWA!BUCKSHOT HITS BOTH AND HE GETS THE WIN! This was an all-time great tag match. WOW.
We get a long post-match STORY BEING TOLD of the Bucks accepting defeat and Page not wanting to be part of the Elite and still feeling left out. Kris and Nyla are following that and good luck, ladies. Yikes. Nyla has new, great black and red gear. These two are really sloppy. Corner forearm by Kris, but Nyla absorbs that and lands a corner vertical splash in the corner. Nyla sends her in and gets a rabbit lariat.Nyla sets her up for the draping knee, but Kris walks on her hands to avoid it! NOSE BOOP AND A DDT HIT! Nyla gets a nice STF. Kris gets a really sloppy superplex for 2.5. Kris sets up a super rana and Nyla blocks that and thankfully doesn't drop her before getting a super bomb and winning it.
Tale of the Tape for Cody-MJF is up! MJF is out and he's got his scarf design all over the ramp and trons. Tremendous! OH SWEET CHRIST is Downstait terrible live. I get the idea of having a live performance, but they are not good. Arn gives MJF a throat slit. Cody has the American Nightmare family mark on his neck now. MJF leaves through the crowd before fighting it out and Arn tells Cody to just stay in the ring.
Well, this has been another misfire. MJF cosplaying as Larry Zybisko doesn't work. Cody hits the drop-down uppercut and a Cody cutter gets 1. Cody hits an outside-in Cactus clothesline on the ramp for 2. MJF steps on the broken toe, and Cody goes for a spinning Alabama slam! He spins in one direction, spins in the other and hits. Okay, that was cute - doesn't fit this match though. MJF gets a nice omaplata on the left arm of Cody. Wardlow goes to attack Cody, but Arn grabs a chair and goes to defend Cody.
MJF hits a heatseeker, but Wardlow puts MJF's feet on the ropes. Brandi goes for a crossbody but Wardlow goes for an F5. Cody pump kicks Wardlow, but he ducks and Arn eats it and bumps on the floor! MJF hits a Chyna low blow and goes for a schoolboy for 2.9. Suplex to the floor and MJF's back takes a Steamboat bump on the apron. Flip flop and fly on MJF!MJF hits a Double Cross for 2! Cody gets the weight belt and whips MJF hard! Cody gets warned, but the ref okays it because Cody took 10. MJF cries at Cody's feet. MJF hugs him and spits in his face, so Cody hits TWO CROSS RHODES! He wants a third, but MJF knees him and the diamond ring-aided punch hits and ends it! I love that the ring-winning battle royal means so much MONTHS LATER.
PAC vs. Orange Cassidy is up. Cassidy gets a delayed armdrag and eats a tilt a whirl backbreaker. Pac posts him hard and gets 2 off a Ligerbomb. Avalanche brainbuster hits, but Pac lifts him up at 2. Pac goes up for the Black Arrow, but Orange rolls out to a "holy shit!" chant. He rolls back in and then Pac goes up, and Orange just rolls back ou. Cassidy rolls back in and then lands the tope and and a crossbody off the top! Duckdown off a lariat into a twirling DDT FOR 2! STUNDOG MILLIONAIRE! Pac hoists him up for an avalanche sueprplex, but Cassidy hits a tornado DDT AND THEN A DIVING DDT, BUT PAC ROLLS OUT ON THE RAMP! Air Raid Crash hits for 2! Main event time with only JR giving Mox the win here.
Mox roams around the parking lot before coming to the ring - that's pretty sweet-looking. JERICHO GETS A CHOIR VERSION OF HIS THEME! Jericho has new black and yellow gear in a nice little homage to his Lionheart days. Mox gets his JYOOOONNNNN MOOXXXLEY intro. Aubrey's the ref for yet another Jericho match and they start off with a hockey fight! Walk and brawl in the crowd.

ELEVATED PARADIGM SHIFT ENDS IT AND MOX WINS THE TITLE! MOX says that a year ago, AEW said they'd bring pro wrestling back and they have. This belt is for everyone at home and in Chicago. He thanks the AEW family and the fans. He says it's beer 'o clock and starts to talk before getting interrupted by his theme and going "what the fuck!" He isn't gonna hide behind the belt - he'll take on anyone.
