It's a fairly loaded lineup in some ways - the main event with FTR and HOB should be fantastic, Sting will be in a fun little showcase match and Kingston vs. Trent should be quite good. Feels like kind of a middling show overall though. Sting's tag starts things off WITH FLAIR COMING OUT IN CHARLOTTE! Anthony Henry jumps Darby and JD Drake chairshots Sting! Flair hits a chop and Sting hits a lariat! Drake chopblocks Sting and Darby eats a pop-up lariat off the ropes on the floor. Henry hits a Project Ciampa for 2. Code Red leads to the Stinger splash and a coffin drop to the floor before Sting wins with the death drop on JD.
Hype video for the Callis Family vs. Sting and Darby on Dynamite before Trent's out for the Kingston match. Solid stiff start to the match and DAYUM TRENT IS ALREADY SLICED UP! Tope suicida by Trent! Top rope headbutt counter by Trent leads to a rolling Ligerbomb out of the corner for 2. Dudebuster countered into the exploder! German with a sloppy bridge gets 2 for Trent. Corner to center kneeling busaiku knee hits! GOTCH PILEDRIVER GETS 2.5 FOR TRENT! Forearm and chop exchange sets up the northern lights bomb for the win - this ruled!
Tony chats with Kris and Willow and they sure do seem to set up a heel turn for Kris. Komander and Bryan Keith are out for an ROH Tag eliminator against the Undisputed Kingdom - so yeah, no win for KOMANDER here. Komander gets a second to shine before an ad break. Bennett catapult into a gamenguiri gets 2. Superplex to Taven sends him out. ASSISTED FLIP DIVE FROM KOMANDER! Bennett piledriver and the Taven PK before a double-team ends it with a little under a minute left in the 10 minute time limit.
Backstage, we get bickering with the Acclaimed and Daddy Ass and BC Gold. Bowens wants an alliance. Copeland is out and in full gear despite not being in a match. Copeland in a tin can promo talks about winning and losing the title. He rants about Cage wanting him to earn his shot and he'll do that tonight - which makes sense with him being in his gear. IT'S TIME FOR THE COPE-OPEN! Griff Garrison and Cole Karter are out and Cope has a face that screams WHO THE FUCK IS GRIFF GARRISON!?
Cope hits a snake eyes and lariat. Griff gets help from Cole and Maria and boots him down. Cope gets 2 off a crossbody off the top. Spear meets a discus elbow for 2. Cope gets a corner punch series, adds headbutts, and hits an avalanche superplex before an impaler DDT and the crossface for the submission. I like him adding new finishers to the mix officially - as he did this against Orton, but it wasn't really a finish. Spear to Karter afterwards.
Flair cuts a promo with Sting and Darby and hypes up the last stop in Greensboro but now they're coming to Jacksonville. We get one last Surfer Sting promo here. Skye eats some slaps and a 619-position hip attack. Skye jumps into a superkick for a clap-filled double-down. The Sting tag is made a tornado rules match. Back and forth superkicks before the TKO into the dragon sleeper wins it for Blue.
Claudio faces Andrew Everett in a fun match. Giant swing sets up Everett losing his footing for a second before Kevin says he's acted like a giant since a big knee injury. Shooting star into an...almost uppercut and a neutralizer and a king kong lariat ends it. Claudio vs. HANGMAN ON DYNAMITE!? Tag champs hype up Starks' past in Jacksonville - debuting against Cody for the TNT Title and how he's still here. Audio sounds really muffled for the HOB theme - did they use the Gems sound chip for this show!?
Malakai has new ink on his neck and head. Dax avoids a Black PK. Dax sits down in front of Malakai and FLIPS HIM OFF. Malakai hits a ton of round kicks to the stomach of Cash against the apron. Powerplex gets 2 when Buddy hits a super meteora onto Dash knocking him into Dax's cover. Shatter Machine to Buddy gets 2 with a save from Malakai. Spike piledriver on the apron to Malakai here in this match where if FTR loses, they have to leave their family and join HOB. Garcia makes a save with Brody King coming out and Dax cradles Buddy to win. Really good match technically, but the show was hurt by never-ending audio problems.
Post-match has Garcia take a beating and Buddy curb stomps Buddy on the chair. The End with a chair to Dax. Brody hits the ganso bomb and Julia Hart rings the bell menacingly - a 10 bell salute in fact.
