AEW Dynamite 2-12-20 - Nyla vs Riho II and MOX vs Santana Eye for an Eye

A highlight reel airs to set up tonight's matches. Page and Omega's issues are shown before they're mid-ring with SCU for the tag title match to start things off. Bryce Remsberg is the ref here. Dark Order interrupts the match after the bell. Dark Order stuff is fine in small doses and the timing of it makes sense to get Daniels out of there. Kaz gets a headlock and then Germans Kenny for 2 after a Sky apron kick.

Page is so fucking over. Goddamn. Dude is as big a star as Omega should've been in AEW from day one. Knee to the gut from Sky leaves Kaz to hit a low crossbody to get 2 on Omega. Page comes in and murders Kaz's face with a big yakuza kick. BUCKSHOT INTO A KAZ LARIAT OF HIS OWN. Fuck this match rules! Pop-up assisted DDT gets 2 from Kaz. Backstabber from Kaz into a slingshot cutter by Sky leads to a double dragon clutch that gets counted down and broken up. BUCKSHOT/V TRIGGER HITS and gets the win!

SCU sulks while Page is in the crowd celebrating with Atlas security guy AND HIS SHAVED HEAD. Dark Order's out before everyone in the battle royal comes down. Bucks are out and JR calls them the Bucks of Youth... Bucks dive onto everyone on the floor. Cassidy comes out during the break and stops Dark Order before they eat Bucks superkicks. We get a sitdown interview with JR and Santana. He talks about being  in a dark space 10 years ago and calling his dad at 3AM and saying it always felt dark. His father told him that was his life every day - his father was blind and told at 14 he'd be blind at 25.

A Darby Allin video airs swearing vengeance on Sammy for taking him out with a skateboard to the throat and making fun of his cue card bit by talking in cue cards and the "hit me up" bit. Dustin whips ass six ways from Sunday with a slew of moves like an atomic whip and kneelift before throwing up the horns at Hager. Dustin takes him out with the Final Cut. He calls Hager Jericho's bitch Dustin is making me excited to watch a Jack Swagger match! Dustin challenges him to a match at Revolution and the fans want it.

Britt Baker's attack on Yuka is shown and she's out to be INTERVIEWED BY TONY! YES! She says that all she did was make sure Yuka's tooth came out and she did her a favor - she did it for free! "She doesn't have health insurance - but YOU DO MR. STARBUCKS!"Heel Britt is so great. "I'm seeing a lot of confusion in these chubby Whataburger faces! I HAVE THREE DEGREES!"
Nyla's path of destruction is shown before she comes out to face Riho. Nyla dominates to start, but Riho escapes a delayed suplex and dropkicks Nyla out. Dive is caught into a rib breaker and then she drives her into the apron. She'd better not use the table, there could be a DQ....BWAHAHA JR gets a Dudleyville line in before Riho uses the table as a ramp to kick Nyla down. Crucifix bomb gets 2. Nyla blocks a 619 and catches her, but Riho gets a sunset flip into a dropkick for 2. The Yankem legdrop got a big reaction in DC and hits here too.

SUPER AA HITS FOR 2.9! Riho avoids an OWA and hits the world's tiniest dragon suplex! Northern lights gets 2 for Riho! DOUBLE STOMP HITS FOR 1! Nyla hits a big spear and a beast bomb and wins the title! Great match and Nyla is a good choice for a second champ - especially now that she has fewer holes in her game.

Nyla walks backstage and hugs Tony Kahn before meeting with Omega and saying...stuff that can't be heard due to TNT doing the PIP stuff here. Nyla walks off angrily, so I guess she's still a heel. Lexi Nair interviews MR JERICHO and the Inner Circle and Jericho says he's hired a bounty hunter in JEFF COBB to face Mox next week if he survives Santana. A brief Cobb video airs cutting into a Cody lashing video. Jericho getting a suit out of the Boyd Pierce Collection is great.

Brandi comes out for commentary and asks forgiveness from Exalibur for her past. MJF vs. Jungle Boy is up."Jungle Boy" Jack Perry is a better long-term name for him, so I'm glad to see JR do that. MJF gives Wardlow the ring and the night off because it's an easy night. MJF is too cocky for his own good - I'm hoping we get a Cody non-physical distraction and a win for Jungle Boy here. MJF tackles him down for a nip up, so MJF just shoves him down again passively. MJF has so many little things down pat - he makes being a complete asshole at all times look effortless.
DOUBLE TOPE BY JUNGLE BOY leading to a Deadman dive! Jungle Boy headstands in the apron, eats a trapped superkick and an Alabama slam. Rerverse Gori special by MJF! Corner kick counter by Jack leads to a pop-up top, but he gets crotched. He still gets a Liger bomb for 2. Wardlow returns to give MJF the ring. He slugs him with the ring and knocks him out cold before the Double Cross ends it. Well, they could've had Jack win it with a fluke, but instead went with making MJF look strong with a win and strengthened Wardlow's act before the cage match next week and made MJF look stronger by adding another weapon of choice to his finishing repitoire with the knockout punch.

A tremendous PAC video airs saying that he destroyed Kenny's confidence when he beat him at All Out. All of his failures are due to him and Kenny knows he's the goddamn best and he'll take him out in 2 weeks in the 30 minute iron man match. Lucha Bros vs. Omega and Page is made for next week with Revolution hyped up. They have done an incredible job of making not only their PPV seem big from top to bottom, but also the regular TV show seems like event programming.

Jericho comes out to the skybox and the fans sing his theme. JR hypes up Jeff Cobb, who they put over as a 2004 Olympian. Santana's story is told as he comes out with an eyepatch bandana. He lost his father on New Year's Eve and they're setting up a character babyface.

We get some great brawling to start things off. Superkick from Santana leads to a knockout lariat from Mox. Mox goes up top and Ortiz spits alcohol in the good eye and eats a cannonball senton in the corner. Big frog splash gets 2. Ross compares Cobb to Dr. Death as Mox thumbs the bad eye and the Shift hits to win it before Ortiz jumps him. Hager's purple slacks are something else.
Hager locks on a standing head and arm choke to let Jericho whip him with the title belt and then eat the loaded sock. Jericho hits a Judas Effect and gets a visual pinfall. Interesting to do that before the PPV. Jeff Cobb comes out with a slightly revamped look and hits Tour of the Islands on Mox. Hey, in one night, Cobb went from being on a per-show deal with ROH to being on TNT laying out Moxley to close out the show in a main event slot. Great stuff.

  1. In this manner my associate Wesley Virgin's story launches in this SHOCKING and controversial video.

As a matter of fact, Wesley was in the army-and soon after leaving-he discovered hidden, "mind control" tactics that the CIA and others used to get whatever they want.

These are the EXACT same methods many famous people (especially those who "come out of nothing") and elite business people used to become rich and famous.

You've heard that you utilize only 10% of your brain.

That's because the majority of your brain's power is UNCONSCIOUS.

Perhaps this expression has even occurred INSIDE OF YOUR very own head... as it did in my good friend Wesley Virgin's head about 7 years back, while driving an unlicensed, garbage bucket of a car with a suspended driver's license and with $3.20 on his debit card.

"I'm very fed up with living paycheck to paycheck! When will I finally make it?"

You've taken part in those conversations, ain't it so?

Your success story is going to start. Go and take a leap of faith in YOURSELF.
