INVERTED SPANISH FLY BY ANDRADE ON A LADDER! Gable catches Hayes off a dive into a Chaos Theory. Knight hits a corner draping neckbreaker on a ladder to Gable. Camera misses the first 48 from Hayes to Knight. Powerbomb by Drew to Gable in the corner ladder and he claymores Andrade out on the rope! Hayes hits nothing but net but Andrade ends his rally.
Sunset bomb to Hayes gets a holy shit and Knight gets bounced off ladders by Gable and backdrops him over the top to a ladder bridge. Gable flies off the top of the carabiner Gable took THAT BUMP to take a spear...ugh. DREW KNOCKS HIM DOWN AND CLAYMORES HIM! Drew gets the case and wins it - this was a very good, largely safe ladder match. Good match placement here since the tale is Drew is cashing in tonight.
Bron's out in a new caution tape singlet and dominates with throws and suplexes before Sami throws him to the floor with a lariat over the rope. Moonsault off the barricade is caught by Bron and Sami avoids a post snake eyes! RUN-UP SUPER RANA BY BREAKER gets 2! Love that move - glad I gave it to him in 2K24. Trish is out after they air a bit of the WM doc as an ad break - which is odd. Trish brings out Cena and a THE LAST TIME IS NOW towel. He announces his retirement and thanks Canadian fans for their passion. He will have his last Rumble, last chamber, and WrestleMania in Vegas will be his last Mania. He will be answering retirement questions after the show at the press conference. He thanks the fans more and the loud fans here and THE LAST TIME IS NOW!
Seth's out in a white and black frilly getup. Pants look good at least. Priest is out with a giant purple cape looking like a Castlevania character. Corner forearm shot by Damian but he eats a few suicide dives. Seth is busting out Hayabusa's swanton/lionsault combo in 2024 and they're acting like it's new offense - crazy how influential Hayabusa is in the modern age. Stomp to Seth and DREW CASHES IN TO MAKE IT A 3-WAY! Superkick to Drew and a future shock to Seth! Claymore attempt is met with a Priest lariat! Naomi split-legged moonsaults Zoey on the ladder. ROLL THROUGH ALABAMA SLAM BY TIFFY ON NAOMI! Tiffy climbs the ladder trapping Iyo and standing swantons the pile on the floor. Lyra Germans Iyo off the ladder and Zoey just knees the fuck out of her. Naomi straddles two ladders and DDTs Zoey off it...in even by her standards a goofy spot.
Chelsea and Tiffy set up tables and Zoey powerbombs Lyra on the ladder bridge in the ring! Iyo with a throw off the ladder and IT'S CHELSEA TIME! TIFFY SENDS HER THROUGH THE TABLES AND WINS IT! IT'S TIFFY TIME and they put this over like a classic and it was memorable - but for the wrong reasons. They give this match A SECOND STANDING OVATION. Good lord. Tiffy meets with Trish
Bloodline is out first and KO stares them down! THIS IS A REGULAR RULES TRIOS TAG!? Why not just have this be an insane falls count anywhere match? We get Tonga and Cody tying up before ORTON AND FATU HIT IT! Draping DDT to a Samoan!? Jacob pops up! Solo misses a corner assalanche and KO goes for a tag but can't make it. Solo and Cody go at it and Cody lands the powerslam. Cody backdrops Fatu into the doctor! SOLO GETS 2 OFF A SPEAR! Faces tease a Shield bomb but Fatu superkicks everyone and bowls over the second ref! KO barricade frog splash through the announce table to Fatu! KO wants a package piledriver but eats a Loa low blow. Cross Rhodes is avoided thanks to Fatu and the Samoan Spike ends it!
They go right to the post-show with LAYERS ON LAYERS AND LAYERS! Drew brawls with Punk and knocks Pearce down. Cena does a wooden fake-are we live bit for the presser. Cena plans for 2025 to be January through December and that will end the in-ring days and avoids the Vince question by just saying he's talked about it before and look it up. Cena says this will be it - he won't be coming back.
