We get a slow build ala Rock-Hogan at Mania, but with them separating before A TIEUP. Middle kick in the rope SENDS OMEGA DOWN! Omega gets a rope break and eats a kick before we get a "fuck him up Bryan, fuck him up!" chant.
Kneeling kick combo on the ramp before A SNAPDRAGON ON THE RAMP! RAMP-RUNNING V TRIGGER SENDS OMEGA INTO THE RING! DR. WILY BUCKLE BOMB SENDS BRYAN OVER THE TOP! Bryan avoids a snapdragon, but eats a hook kick from Kenny! V TRIGGER TO THE NECK ON THE ROPES! Kenny wants an avalanche dragon, but Bryan escapes! REGALPLEX GETS 2!

Bryan enters FUCKING HEAD KICKED-IN MODE and the grounded PRIDE stomps lead to the Lebell lock before Justin announces that time is nearly over. CORNER DROPKICKS! RIPCORD KNEE meets a ripcord elbow by Bryan. V TRIGGER BY BRYAN! Kneeling headbutts and punches! The time limit ends amid a pure fight! LeBell lock on after the match before the Super Clique comes out!
Cage and Luchasaurus save Bryan. THIS RULED. This was about as perfect a TV match as you could ever have. Punk says WRESTLING IS BACK IN NEW YORK and he's glad he isn't wrestling on this show because you can't follow the opener. He rambles on for a bit before saying Team Taz should've finished the job and at Rampage Grand Slam, he'll put Hobbs to sleep.
MJF and Wardlow are out with MJF belittling Wardlow as he enters the ring. Brian's out with Julia and they have MIS-MATCHED GEAR! Brian takes him down and slugs away! Brian runs wild with corner forearms before an eye poke. Series of deep armdrags by Pillman! MJF ducks down and eats a boot and Brian does it, but HE AVOIDS THE BOOT! A SMART BABYFACE!?
MJF works on the arm a bit before talking shit to Julia and eating a baseball slide. A "Brian Pillman" chant hits before Air Pillman misses and the Fujiwara armbar ends it. JR puts over that he lost on this night - but could win if given another chance. Marvez meets with Jericho and Hager, with Hager saying it's time to spank some boys. AEW has managed to make Malakai Black come off as the Demon version of Aleister Black without saying it - great stuff. MASSIVE boos for Cody, who comes out in a ridiculous outfit.
LOL @ Brandi's "fuck you" on TNT and then THE HEEL BEING OUTNUMBERED. Did Cody watch TNA and think "shit, I need to steal from this"! Cody dives into a leaping knee on the ramp. MASSIVE pop for Malakai on that one. Black Mass sends Cody outside. Arn tosses him in because he's dead weight and Cody gets the foot on the rope for 2. Chop block by Cody! Rope dragon screw by Cody to boos! Knee-DT on the rope! CODY CUTTER AND THE CROSS RHODES GETS 2.9! Arn and Cody meet on the apron and Cody checks on him before Cody gets misted and small packaged to end it. This sucked compared to the first match - way too overbooked.
Sammy vs. Miro is made for the TNT Title and Miro talks about breaking his neck 9 years ago - but his wife and God put him together. FTR vs. Darby and Sting is up next. FTR in NWO-esque gear is odd - THEY HATED THE HORSEMEN! Sting's out with NEW PAINT ala Darby here. This is a smart way for Sting to freshen up his look while still being a legendary figure. Sting's working in a shirt here. Sting runs wild and a stinger splash misses!
Dax legdrops Sting for 1. FALLING HEADBUTT LOW BLOW FROM STING! Coffin splashes in the corner before Darby goes for the flying coffin drop to both on the floor, but gets caught and tossed into the apron! Darby dives into a tag but gets tossed before a rolling tag and Sting runs wild. Double facebuster and a spinebuster gets 2! Crossbody gets 2 for Sting! Schoolboy gets 2 for Dax. Tombstone tease but Sting wants a death drop. Sting avoids a chair usage in the corner and gets the death lock while Darby coffin drops Cash leading to a tapout win!
Ruby vs. Britt recap from Rampage before they shill Rhodes to the Top and we get a preview. Ruby is out and looks like such a star before Britt's out with her belt on the tron. Ruby trips her and tackles her down. Foot catching boot leads to a knee by Ruby. TWIST AND SHOUT OFF THE APRON BY BRITT! Great move for an ad break.
Deadly Night Shade knees in the corner by Ruby! Slingblade by Britt! Britt gets the glove and flips off the camera before a kneebar by Ruby. Ruby catapults her into the buckle and a step-up enzuiguri hits! SENTON OFF THE TOP GETS 2! SUPER AIR RAID CRASH BY BRITT GETS 2! Britt bell rings her into the steps and then the curb stomp gets 2! No Future kick hits, but Aubrey is distracted and Rebel eats the kick. Britt uses it to get the Lockjaw and win!
